The starting point
The planning and management of an extensive project portfolio as well as annual planning and budget approvals required a central, transparent control solution. Existing processes were fragmented and made it difficult to maintain oversight of ongoing projects.

Implementation of a custom web application that digitally maps the entire process from project application through budget approval to controlling. The solution enables structured history and document management for all projects.
